Employee Benefits

 

Group Health Insurance: Group health insurance is available to any employee who works a minimum of 30 hours per week. A free, employer paid, $10,000 life insurance policy is available to anyone who qualifies for and signs up for the group health insurance plan.

Group Dental & Vison Insurance:  Group dental and vision are available. Full time employees can enroll (working at least 30 hours per week). 

Cell Phone Incentive Plan: Employees, their family and friends can now join the Divine Home Care’s Unlimited Wireless plan with 15G HD hot spot for just $50/month.  New hires can also receive a new smart phone.  Must meet hours worked criteria to participate.

Vacation:  Full-time employees who work 36 hours a week or more will accrue 2% of their regular hours worked or up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Those employed 5 years or more accrue 4% and 10 years or more is 6% or 120 vacation hours per year.

Employee Christmas Savings Fund:  All employees have the option to participate in an annual Divine Home Care Christmas Savings Fund.  $25.00 is deducted from each participant’s paycheck (January through November). All money contributed will be disbursed each year to employees in mid-November.

Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts: A Flexible Spending Account is an arrangement through your payroll that lets you pay for many out-of-pocket medical or daycare expenses with tax-free dollars. A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a type of savings account that lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses.

401K Retirement Benefit: Upon your employment, you are eligible to begin contributing to a 401K.  It is a great way to save for your retirement.  Divine Home Care will provide a 1% match as long as you contribute at least 1% or more of your gross salary. 

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance: Available from AFLAC and deducted through payroll.
