Skilled Nursing
Our team of Registered Nurses (RN) are experts in the management of patient care in the home. Whether you are recovering following a recent stay in the hospital, learning about & dealing with a new diagnosis or trying to manage a chronic disease, our RNs will be there to assist you & your family through the entire process. Nursing care can include, but is not limited to:
- Education related to the diagnosis
- Evaluation & monitoring of a condition
- Medication & pain management
- Injections
- Wound care & sterile dressing changes
- Blood draws for evaluation & treatment of an illness
- Post surgical care & recovery
- Care & maintenance of catheters, feeding tubes, IV’s
